About SheetPair

SheetPair is a data reconciliation tool. You upload two spreadsheets, tell it which columns to compare, and it shows you what matched, what's different, and what's missing.

That's it. No dashboards with 47 tabs. No enterprise sales calls. No “request a demo” buttons. Just a tool that does one thing well.

Why this exists

Anyone who has worked in finance, accounting, or operations knows the pain: you get two spreadsheets that should say the same thing, but they don't. So you spend hours writing VLOOKUPs, scanning for mismatches, and highlighting cells in yellow.

SheetPair exists because that process should take seconds, not hours. Upload your files, map the columns, and get results instantly. Your data processes right in your browser, so nothing gets sent to a server unless you choose to.

How it works under the hood

Files are parsed and matched using Web Workers in your browser. For files under 50,000 rows, your data literally never leaves your machine. For larger files, we process on encrypted servers and auto-delete everything within 24 hours.

The matching engine supports exact matching, fuzzy matching (for typos and formatting differences), numeric tolerance matching (for rounding issues), and one-to-many sum matching (for split transactions).
