- What happens to my data?
- On Free and Solo, your data never leaves your browser — files are processed locally via Web Workers. On Pro, larger files may be processed on encrypted servers and are auto-deleted within 24 hours. No AI round-trips with your financial data.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel any time from the billing portal. Monthly plans run through the end of the current period. Yearly plans are prepaid for 12 months.
- Is there an annual option?
- Yes. Billed yearly, you save about 17% — two months free.
- Does SheetPair use AI to match rows?
- No. Row matching is deterministic — the same two files always produce the same result. AI is used only for optional features like auto-detecting which columns to use as keys, and only on paid plans. Numeric totals are never generated by AI.
